How to Gain Access
- Sign in at learning.evolveum.com with your credentials (please use your official company email domain). If you have not used our portals before (i.e., Evolveum Support Portal), you may need to create an account first.
- Once you log in, you should see an interface with a white background and a blue menu section on the left.
- To gain access to a particular training, please contact us at sales@evolveum.com and let us know about the name of the training you are requesting access to and the email address you registered with.
- You will be notified by email about receiving access to a particular training. Please sign out and back in again to see the changes in your account.
- After signing in, please accept the invitation to join a particular training. You will see the notification in a green frame in your dashboard.
How to Start the Training:
- After successfully logging into the portal, you will see the training courses overview. Choose the training course you would like to go through by clicking on its name or a thumbnail.
- You will be redirected to the training landing page. Follow the instructions described here or use the menu on the left with “Modules” and “Pages” to proceed further.
- When clicking on “Modules”, you will see the training modules overview with all the training content. Choose a module you would like to go through by clicking on the module name (if the section is rolled up) and the module content. If the module content is greyed and there is a lock icon by the end of the column, this means the content is not available yet and its access requires completing previous course section(s).
- You can move between the modules by means of the “Previous” and “Next” buttons located at the end of each module.
- If you would like to see all the pages the training contains, you can choose the “Pages” section from the menu on the left. You will be redirected to the training front page, where you need to click on the orange button saying “View All Pages”. Afterwards, you will see the complete list of pages a particular training contains, all ordered alphabetically by default.
- If you would like to see all the quizzes the training contains (if it contains any), you can choose the “Quizzes” section from the menu on the left. Please keep in mind you need to pass all the quizzes (and labs) with a particular percentage of correct answers that is stated in each course’s details to receive a certificate.
