Organization with active Product Support from the project beginning hits product bugs being showstoppers to go live. Active support engages Evolveum experts to deal with the product bugs, so the configuration can continue smoothly without any delays.


Thanks to active Product support, all product bug fixes become part of midPoint, solving by workarounds is not required. It means no incompatibility of applied workarounds for product bugs would occur during midPoint upgrade. Such effective upgrade saves significant time and effort of the organization.
