This Training policy and cancellations contains terms that describe parameters and govern your use of Training courses. You agree with this policy by participating in Evolveum Training course. Evolveum reserves the right to review and update these periodically.

The registration can be made via:
- registration form at the relevant training course page
- at firstname.lastname@example.org
- in the case of certifications via email only at email@example.com
How to proceed:
- sign up for a training via our registration form or via firstname.lastname@example.org
- we will get in touch with you shortly and ask for a purchase order (PO)
- if your organization does not provide this document, please send us all information needed to create a contract (organization’s details such as name, address, VAT/ID number if provided)
- we consider registration as binding after receiving PO and issuing the invoice for training
Evolveum reserves the right to cancel a course. Evolveum will notify you of course cancellation at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the course, and will work with the you to reschedule training attendance.
“Training” means Evolveum’ s Training courses in the form of publicly available courses provided either (a) as virtual Training classes and/or (b) in person classes at Evolveum’ s premises. Evolveum provides also courses at a site designated by you (On-Site Courses).
For On-Site Training courses you agree to supply the facility and equipment as agreed in advance with Evolveum’ s training instructor.
For On-Site Training courses, travel arrangements are your responsibility. In the event of forced cancellation of training, Evolveum assumes no financial liability for any cancellation fees.
You are responsible for assessing each attendee suitability for the training and attendance at scheduled courses.
Although we make every effort to ensure the prices listed are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If a mistake is discovered in the price of the training or certification that you have booked prior to confirmation of your booking, we will inform you and allow you to either reconfirm your booking at the correct price or cancel your booking. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, your booking will be cancelled. Evolveum reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. Evolveum also reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company. The maximum number of permitted attendees per training is 10.
Evolveum reserves the right to remove any attendee from a training course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate by Evolveum instructor. In these circumstances, Evolveum will neither refund any fees nor reimburse any other costs.
Evolveum does not accept responsibility for anyone acting as a result of information in, or views expressed on, its training course including course materials. Opinions expressed are those of individual instructors and not necessarily those of Evolveum. Attendees should take professional advice when dealing with specific situations.
The scope of the training course, requirements or any materials to be provided are detailed on the relevant page for each training course or in the description of the relevant certification process. If you would like some additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us. In the case of interest or notifying us of an attendee’s inability to attend the training course, the materials can be sent to the attendee via email. The materials are available only for attendees.
A Private Training is an Evolveum training course delivered to a private group of attendees designated by the customer and closed to public registration. The maximum number of permitted attendees per training is 10, unless the customer elects to add more attendees over the maximum permitted number.
Scheduling the training must be agreed upon between the parties at least 15 business days prior to delivery of the course. Any changes concerning a scheduled training which are requested by the customer may affect Evolveum’s ability to deliver the course according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Ownership and intellectual property rights
provided, including custom content are owned by Evolveum and its partners and suppliers. No content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, unless approved in writing by Evolveum in advance. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Evolveum’s intellectual property rights.
Other than as expressly set forth herein, no license or other rights concerning the training and its related materials and intellectual property rights are granted, and all such licenses and rights are hereby reserved. Any ideas, suggestions or modifications made by the attendee with respect to the training/certification will be the property of Evolveum. Customers may not record, stream or otherwise capture any performance or aspect of the training services. Training and certification materials are not subject to any maintenance, support or updates.
The means of payment:
- Paypal: handles our online credit and debit card transactions in a secure environment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute.
- Direct bank transfer: we recommend to notify us in advance if you wish to pay by direct bank transfer to ensure the swift confirmation of your booking.
Payment can be done:
- In advance as prepaid
All Fees exclude all sales, use, value-added, income, gross-receipts and other taxes, as well as all duties, excises, levies, assessments and the like (collectively, “Taxes”). Customer will be responsible for the payment of all assosiated, however designated, which are levied (excluding taxes based on Evolveum’s net income or property). We accept payments in Euro and US Dollar.
All prepaid training/certification fees are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. At the end of the 12 month term, any remaining pre-paid unused training/certification fees will expire; and no refunds will be provided for any remaining pre-paid unused fees.
You will receive a refund of paid registration fees in form of a “Voucher” only if Evolveum receives a notice of cancellation at least 7 calendar days prior to the class start date for Training course. You will not be eligible for a refund in form of “Voucher” and will not be eligible to reschedule a class if Evolveum does not receive a notice of cancellation 7 calendar days prior to the Training start date.
“Voucher” If You receive a Voucher, Training course must be commenced or completed no later than one (1) year from the date of initial purchase. If the training courses are not completed or commenced within such one (1) year period, then You will forfeit the right to use the voucher and to reschedule Training courses and will not receive any refund or credit for such forfeited Training.
“Rescheduling”. In order to use the Voucher for participating in Training please contact us at email@example.com when the appropriate Training sign-up is published in “Upcoming training courses” section at website.
Substitution of attendees. You may substitute attendees as long as the substitution is made no later than 7 calendar days prior to the class start date for Training. It is your responsibility to ensure that the substitute attendee meets the prerequisites.
TRAINING IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND EVOLVEUM MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
Training courses and materials are available in English. Evolveum does not warrant that any content will be available in other languages.
