With a pioneering approach (sharing the product, domain and business knowledge) you will write and communicate a message to help learn the ropes and boost the product usage.
What you will do
Evolveum attracts extraordinary people who want to do their best work. Make a real impact with the following responsibilities
- Write technical materials publicly available to the worldwide community that will clearly communicate information about our product
- Take complex ideas and communicate them clearly and easily
- Revising or rewriting existing technical literature
- Be responsible for the structure and content of our publicly available documentation aimed towards IT professionals
- Find a way to communicate the knowledge to seasoned professionals as well as newcomers
- Collaborating with engineers, developers and other technical specialists to ensure the understanding of the subject
- Process external feedback from partners, customers along with internal ones and be able to adapt the work accordingly
- Support of marketing team

Communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact clearly and professionally
Going all the way
The ability and willingness to take a project from concept through final delivery
Detail-oriented
Attention to detail and dedication to get the little things right
Experience
Previous experience in technical writing and/or hands-on in technology
Business insights
Ability to understand and communicate business value is an advantage
Enthusiastic approach
A passion for technology and willingness to understand the details of how things work
Learning
Highly motivated to absorb the necessary technical knowledge and keep the pace with the new development over time
Education
A bachelor’s degree (and higher) and/or a proven track record
Language
Written English skills on the C1 level or higher

The ability to work independently, in a team, including cross-team collaboration
