To address the growing interest of our expanding customer base, we’re on the lookout for a talented individual to join our customer-facing team.As our new team member, you will be in active communication with potential and existing customers and Evolveum’s partner network that’s represented in more than 40 countries.
What you will do
Evolveum attracts extraordinary people who want to do their best work. Make a real impact with the following responsibilities:- Answer emails from potential customers who reach out to us during different lifecycle stages (e.g., product evaluation, deployment)
- Assist existing customers and official partners with renewing our services
- Accept orders and issue invoices
- Record all customer interactions, updates, and follow ups in the CRM system
- Coordinate online training courses
- Get familiar with midPoint and Evolveum, our services, processes, and approach for further personal development

A bachelor’s degree (or higher) and/or a proven track recordExperience
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or any sales-related role can be beneficialLanguage
