We are a strong technical team of professionals where individuality is appreciated and responsibility and ability to self-organize is given. Nevertheless, with current and anticipated grow of the team we are looking for a manager role that will help with internal organization as well as with coordination with partners and customers in order to free capacity of technical colleagues to focus on the technical work.
We are looking for someone who can think out of the box and who can come up with innovative ideas how to increase effectiveness of the team without relying only on rigid rules, that often put high administrative burden on the team. Our work is mix of well defined projects with long term internal strategic goals. Help us to navigate through our goals and combine them with with external projects that might come in unpredictable intervals.
We already have a great technical team and we are just looking someone who can help the team be even more efficient and get though its own growth. Are you the one built for this role?
What you will do

- Coordinate agile team of skilled identity engineers;
- Oversight selected projects, ensure meeting deadlines and smooth delivery;
- Help with strategic goals of the team and coordination with other teams;
- Communicate with business partners and customers;
- Improve organization and management processes within the team;
- Participate on tooling selection and configuration in order to increase team efficiency and make coordination smoother;
- Work in a tight team of open-minded professionals.

Delivery Management
Proven experience with managing both projects and continuous activities.
People Management
Proven experience with managing small to medium-sized teams.
Agile Environment
Ability to work with dynamic environment full of motivated people with unique skills.
Responsibility
Ability to take full ownership for assigned tasks and strategical areas.
Technical Background
Having a technical background or having an ability to understand even deep technical topics from a high level perspective.
Education
A bachelor’s degree (and higher) and/or a proven track record.
Language
English skills on the B2 level or higher. Czech or Slovak skills are advantage.
Independence
The ability to work independently, in a team, and with customers.
Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact clearly and professionally.
