Open‑Sourcing MidPoint Automation at LNS: CLI and Odoo Connector in Practice
At LNS, two midPoint building blocks, which now drive the identity automation, were built and open-sourced: a midPoint CLI for safe remote operations and an Odoo ICF connector capable of reaching any Odoo data model. In this talk, Yannick Kirschhoffer will walk you through how these components fit into the HR (mpleo) → midPoint → Active Directory/Odoo landscape, show how tricky cases like many2many mappings are handled, and also how a new connector implementation is being prepared for the post-XML-RPC Odoo APIs. Attendees will see concrete usage examples, lessons learned from production, and how they can adopt and contribute to these tools in their own environments.
