Lost and Found: Managing Digital Identity Through the New European Regulatory Jungle
Navigating identity management these days isn’t just a battle with passwords — Europe’s regulatory landscape might require a GPS! This presentation led by Josef Donát explores how NIS2, DORA, and CER shape the obligations of organizations around identity management, shining a spotlight on what keeps compliance officers up at night. We’ll compare the legal frameworks, highlight surprisingly geeky differences, and check whether any interpretative practices have started to emerge. And, because we love cliffhangers, we’ll wrap up with a sneak peek at what’s next in EU regulation. Get ready for a legal tech tour — with a few laughs along the way.
