public class AutoAssignMappingConfigItem
extends ConfigurationItem<AutoassignMappingType>
implements AbstractMappingConfigItem<AutoassignMappingType>

Unfortunately, this cannot extend MappingConfigItem because of the conflict in generic type parameters.
