Specification of policies that are applicable to this object type.
This should refer to all applicable policies, not just those that
are applied. The purpose is primarily for presentation purposes,
so the user interface can present choice of all policies to the
user.
Reference to org that acts as a policy group.
The org itself will be presented as a groups of policies,
e.g. the org displayName will be used as a label of the section
where individual policies are presented.
Any meta-roles that are members of the org will be presented as
policies, e.g. with a checkbox for each meta-role to apply or
not apply that policy.
